To ensure a fair and respectful environment, we strictly prohibit any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights, encompassing copyright, trademark, and related rights. Should you suspect a user of Grishko service of infringing your intellectual property rights, we encourage you to follow the procedure outlined below:

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement:

  1. Upon receiving a compliant notice, Grishko will promptly block or remove any content believed in good faith to infringe third-party intellectual property rights and terminate service to repeat offenders.
  2. To report copyright infringement or other violations of intellectual property rights, please provide the following details to our Designated Agent:
  • Identification of the copyrighted work or intellectual property being infringed, along with any applicable registration numbers.
  • Description and location of the allegedly infringing content on Grishko platform.
  • Your contact information, including full name, address, telephone number, and email.
  • A statement affirming your good faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury confirming the accuracy of the provided information and your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  • Electronic or physical signature of the authorized person.

B. Handling of Infringement Notifications:

  1. Upon receipt of a bona fide infringement notification, Grishko will remove or disable access to the infringing content and notify the member responsible.
  2. Repeat offenders will face termination of service.

C. Submitting a Counter-Notice:

If you believe that content was wrongly removed or disabled, you may send a counter-notice containing:

  • Identification of the removed or disabled content and its previous location on Grishko platform.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, asserting a good faith belief in the content’s legality.
  • Your contact information.
  • Consent to jurisdiction for legal proceedings.
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, Grishko may inform the original complainant and may reinstate the content within 10 to 14 business days, unless legal action is taken by the rights owner.
