The Cal Football Bears Cal Berkeley Grateful Dead 1968 Forever 2026 Jacket is a blue-and-gold varsity jacket that treats two Bay Area traditions as one. It’s for the fan who knows the fight songs and the setlists, who grew up hearing about Big Game Saturdays and legendary nights at the Greek Theatre, and who wants a single piece of game day apparel that tells both stories at once.
2026 Cal Football Bears Cal Berkeley Grateful Dead 1968 Forever Jacket – Where Strawberry Canyon Jams
The California Golden Bears Grateful Bears Jacket follows a classic varsity silhouette in Cal’s signature colors: a deep navy body with soft gold sleeves, finished with navy-and-gold striped trim at the collar, cuffs, and waistband. A snap front keeps the look traditional, so the artwork does the talking.
On the left chest, gold script spells out “Cal Berkeley, Grateful Dead, 1968 – Forever,” a quiet, almost handwritten touch that feels like a personal inscription. Across from it sits a skull emblem framed in gold, with the Cal script set inside its crown.
One sleeve is a parade of dancing bears in blue, pink, yellow, orange, and green, marching from shoulder to cuff in true Deadhead fashion. The opposite sleeve carries a varsity-style “68” and a California patch featuring a walking bear, grounding the playful art in Golden State pride.
The back is the showstopper. “GRATEFUL” arches across the shoulders in bold varsity lettering, and “BEARS” anchors the bottom. Between them, a large skull holds the Cal logo, wrapped by a golden crescent and flanked by gold roses with green leaves, a clear wink at the band’s classic skull-and-roses imagery reimagined in blue and gold.
The overall mood is part tailgate, part concert lot: nostalgic, joyful, and unmistakably Berkeley. It fits a theme game, a Saturday tailgate, a tribute show, or a cool fall evening around the Bay.

The Jersey is great
Wow, all three! Website was standard e-commerce, customer service promptly responded to my questions twice — though a bit indirectly, delivery tracking was a bit of a black box but once item cleared New Jersey customs I knew it was on its way.
Reliable site. Delivery time as quoted Good customer support
