FAQ
Because sleepwear is seen sitting, lying down and half under a blanket. A repeating motif still reads when the garment is folded or crumpled; one large central graphic disappears the moment you sit down.
Among the safest wearable options. Nobody needs pyjamas to fit precisely, so a size out either way is comfortable rather than wrong. Only Hats are more forgiving.
Take the larger one. This is the opposite of the advice for fitted cuts — looser through the waist and shoulders is better for sleeping, and a slightly longer leg beats a slightly short one.
Check the product photos across sizes. Matching sets photograph best when the pattern scale stays consistent between sizes rather than shrinking for the smaller pieces.
Better not to. Softener coats the fibres, which reduces breathability against skin overnight, and on printed fabric it dulls colour faster than detergent does.
Because you wear it for eight hours without paying attention to it. A seam you would never notice standing up can press against you all night, which is why these are cut looser than daywear.
A Blanket in the same design sits naturally alongside it and needs no sizing at all. For December, add something from Ugly Sweater for the evening.
